Evolve Nottingham CIC believe people matter; and that everyone has the potential to achieve.

We aim to provide a Community Hub to provide activities and support for the community to help  improve life-opportunities and to create the tools and pathways for all to reach their potential.  

Our Main Focus:

• Healthy Hearts and Minds

We are based on the outer estates in the North of the City of Nottingham in an area of high deprivation. In times of austerity a lot of pressure is placed upon families and communities living within these areas.

Evolve  delivers activities and services to support the local community and to try and mitigate against the impact of deprivation.

Our three core work programmes look to raise aspirations, create and provide opportunities  for young people and develop targeted programmes of work for the wider community to  access. These include focused activities for women's groups, older people, work in schools and at Highbury Hospital.

Evolve offer support, advice, employment and skills training alongside a full programme of health and well being activities. We strive to meet the needs of our community based on identifying their needs and what works for them.
